The error you are experiencing is a rather vague one, unfortunately. This makes it difficult to determine where exactly the issue stems from. If you followed the suggestions from your contact with chat support (as well as all the other troubleshooting you've done), it's possible you may be experiencing a hardware issue. It's difficult to tell exactly what part or parts may be the issue, if this is the case. Is it possible to try the game on a different device to see if the errors still occur?
