    How long have you been experiencing this issue? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    Also, another screenshot of the problem today after teleporting to Uldah:



    It seems some hotbar/macros/skills arent loading either. I am using a SSD which I only installed FFXIV on.
