My FC is about as relaxed as it gets. We're honestly not the most active, but you should find a couple people online whenever you log in. Nights and weekends are naturally more active, and we try to get together every once in a while to run some maps or roulettes or do a little mount farming. The atmosphere is super laid back, and you'll be free to come and go as you please. Many of us are older folks with jobs and/or kids (there are a few other married couples like yourselves) and we're just here to chill and have fun. Oh, and we've got some serious crafter/gatherers too, so there's a bonus for you.
