You want to take this over to the bug-forum section and make a bug-report (make sure to fill out their template with all the details, that makes it easier for them to look into it!).
This is something a GM needs to investigate, not something the forums can give you a solution or an answer for - but GMs wont see this here. But they will see and respond to a bug report, specially one thats properly filled out!
