Mute specific people for performance

So long story short we have a person or two our server who from time to time likes to spam / hold down the highest note possible in performance - To the point where it kinda stings my ears. While im aware there is a mute all performances option there are also quite a few talented people worth listening too on my server.

When I asked them to stop they simply replied "well there's a mute all performance button".

I feel like a lot of things could of been avoided if i could of just muted their "performances".

Yeah it would be nice to have that option. I like listening to random people or my partner playing familiar songs, but I get tired of hearing people playing songs using bots or whatever. I don't think "oh neat it's cool that they can play that" because I can tell that they're somehow perfectly hitting notes with no latency and it's just so boring. No skill. I don't wanna hear it.

I don't think we need an option to mute specific people's performance. However, it would be really nice if people on /blist were completely inaudible. Currently people on your /blist can still produce performance sounds, sounds for emotes that target you, and sounds for spells that target you. We shouldn't be able to hear them at all.
