err, hate to break it to ya, but I have seen plenty PC's that look like your character.Limited character customization? in comparison to what? cause coming from wow where everyone was same-face as hell i've yet to see anyone who looks exactly like my character
As for blizzards next expansion, i have very little faith in them as long as ion hazzikostas is in charge. Never let a lawyer be the face of your game folks.

Dude, this game allows you to level all jobs you want on one character, regardless of gender. Not only do some mmos limit you to just one fighting style, but some jobs are genderlocked AND race restricted. This includes Blade and Soul and Black Desert. BDO actually has it worse; you can't have a male Dark Knight or a female Berserker. I think FFXIV is doing well in that regard. And even if the game does have Black Desert graphics, the graphics aren't mediocre.
Then run dungeons and raids at minimum ilvl.

I disagree with several of your points including comparing the game to WoW where they (ActiBlizz) have taken giant steps BACKWARDs in term of QoL. Genderlock in particular cant really be considered a flaw as opposed to oh falling through the world and dying and being forced to take 10 minutes rez sickness and costly gear damage such as still happens in WoW; Its simply a lack of pixels yeah it sucks but it's not a flaw, it's a design choice that will be addressed at a later time.As far as graphics again compared to WoW? Are you serious you cant even see cloth or hair texture design in WoW and it's (WoW) art style in areas looks like aged milk.Again bad comparison. And the Early game is average for an MMO at least you're getting a story and only some of them are go forth and bring me bear butt for some reason. Not to mention you don't have to kill about fifty to sixty things to get the 4 items you need to turn in. I'll agree on the customization options but there is still alot to be offered even within it's confines height sliders are win.I think that the game can obviously improve on its many flaws (unbalanced healers, genderlocked races, limited character customization, mediocre graphics, super super bad early game etc...) But considering the current MMO market, it is the best game right now. I bet thoug hthat if in 2-3 years MMOS arise again, this game will have to fix all of the above on their next expansion (balance healers, makes healers more fun, ungenderlock races, fix the early game, more character customization) if they want to keep up with WoW, that at that point, will be on their next expansion, and after seeing how legion came after WoD, I believe their next expansion will be absolutely amazing. Also, ESO could potentially rise, and there might be a new MMO that takes the crown
"Sometimes I wonder I heal for fun. or if I heal because I'm a glutton for punishment."
I just want to point out that In the video you say PS3 but PS3 support ended with Stormblood release :-P

I think it’s a contest between FFXIV and ESO; but they have radically different play styles that will usually appeal to different people. Competition is healthy, as is variety. I am glad the two best MMOs are different in so many ways. Industry was stifled when WoW was on top. Variety will help devs realize they have more options than copying or contrasting WoW.
