The body piece is from the valentione's day event, and the crab head is a monthly login reward. One of the colored mog pells may give access to the head as well, but not certain ATM.

I played FFXI once upon a time, though I can't remember the exact start or end date, just that it ended because money was tight for college and by the time it had loosened, ARR was out. I was a Galka DRK/WHM back in those days, just casually playing and having fun draining in the leveling parties with friends. The WHM was there for when the evil undead showed up, just so I wouldn't be completely useless against them.

My fondest memory of that game was the first time I ever took a boat ride. I entered, and there were a Bard and Dancer there along with multiple other players, with the two of them performing a song and dance. A little while after they started, we were attacked by a sea monster. They stopped performing, and the entire boat banded together to defeat it, before going back to the performance, though it was now about our heroic efforts in defeating the monster. It was a boat ride I never forgot to this day, and a moment that still makes me smile. One day I shall return to Vana'diel to take it in again, to those glorious plains, mountains, beaches, and forests I once called home.
