When raising alts it's a noticeable bottleneck when trying to get through Castrum and Prae. Would it be possible to allow cutscenes to be skipped if the Duty Finder is set to Undersized Party?

The duties are flagged regardless of whether it's unsync or not. Otherwise we would have quick reward farm parties in the PF (for the Roulette), and new players would be stuck with long queue times. You've just got to do the duties once each then you never have to touch then again if you don't want.
If you give people freedom, somebody will take advantage of it. It's an unfortunate truth. If you give people a way to do Praetorium/Castrum without dealing with cutscenes, nobody will be able to see the cutscenes because they would be the only person who does.
Plus, it'd be a ridiculously broken amount of Poetics per run if you could skip the cutscenes.
Well, doing the content unsynced forfeits all rewards save for the first time bonus tomes. You won’t get Roulette Bonuses from it because you cannot queue into a Roulette undersized. If you give people freedom, somebody will take advantage of it. It's an unfortunate truth. Unsynced should honestly have the option to not view the cutscenes. Because not every new player wants to watch them—and if they would rather have a max-leave friend just speed them through the two dungeons and watch the cutscenes later, I think they should have that option.
And this is exactly the reason you can't skip the cutscenes anymore. Last time I played was just before HW came out and everybody was pressured into skipping the cutscenes because the max level players at the time were only interested in capping their weekly tomes. And the faster the better. If you give people freedom, somebody will take advantage of it. It's an unfortunate truth. I get free exp for watching netflix, no issue here.
