Can't use Shire custodian's Accessories coffer

i accidentaly sold one of my shire accessory and i tought it's good idea to just sell all of them because i got an extra but after i sold all of the Shire custodian's accessories i can't use the coffer

You have to be in a main city to open.

The shire box gives you a fullbuster ring. It is a unique item and you cannot have more than one at a time. Delete it or trade it in for seals then try to open the box again.

(I ran into this issue as well, I had no idea what accessory to remove until a friend brought it up)
SE needs to add this info in the item description or something.
