




It's also the weekend. Also, the BBB is useless as companies can pay to get their ratings increased. Likely why Blizzards is so high.They havent contacted me once during the entire 3 days this has been ongoing. They obviously don't value me as a customer at all. They have a D- rating with the BBB, Blizzard has an A+ rating. Every other ranking site Ive found has SE at the bottom of their point system. SE has the worst customer service of any company in any industry I have ever dealt with, and that assessment includes other occasions they have miserably failed to meet a bare minimum standard of respect for their customers. I like this game very much, but that's irrelevant if these factors continue to be so significant.

It wasn't the weekend on Friday when this started. GM services need to be available 24/7. Most people play on the weekend. That's not even approaching an excuse.
SE has the lowest possible rating on every single other ranking website I found after typing "square enix customer service" into google. Theyre terrible and there's no excuse for this situation itself or their failure to contact me in game.

You're just making stuff up. You don't know what they can or cannot do to resolve this issue. They should RESPOND to me when i contact them regarding this legitimate issue, an issue far more important than whatever nannying they are doing because someone called another player "poopoohead". Even if they cannot immediately resolve it, they should assure me that it is being looked into and they will assist me in notifying the powers that be. You know, BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are straight up ignoring this problem. I played WoW for many years before FF14, and never ever had Blizzard treated me this way. Blizzard GMs are available in game, through web chat, and on the phone. Valve has better customer service than SE, and that's awful.

Maybe you should file a bug report then, as at seems you are the only one encountering this issue for this long. I'm not the only person encountering this problem for this long, there are reddit posts and even another person who affirmed this in another thread on this website. Also, its obviously happening to at the 3 other people that sat in queue with me for over 300 minutes, and the other people Ive been joined with in other queues during this now 3 day problem.
I dont need help from that white knight, they dont have anything valuable to say because....................they are just white knighting and nay saying even though there's no room to do so in this clear cut case of corporate incompetence and awful customer service.
The game isnt working. I contacted the GMs about it multiple times. They never contacted me. That's trash. Case closed.

I didn't say I knew what they could or could not do. There was nothing uncivil about what I said, nor do I need to calm down.
Sounds like YOU need to work harder on YOUR logic and civility so you can respond to people in a relevant manner.
