Honestly, it's faster and less painful to get that mount the old way. Just use a Free Company airship to go to Diadem. You just need to be in a party with one other person. Takes you get 15-20 coins on average for each run from the 6 chest you can find. You just need to try to do it on down time else you might see other people in there doing the same thing and the 6 chest are shared.

I only have one mount left to get in the four from the tribal thingies. Yeah, I'm a lazy dumbass and never bothered with the beast tribes quests.

After that, on to the magic bucket and the small pegasus and I'm done. Woo, let'sa go !

Also yeah, shame that we can't get the tomes whilst joining a party... I don't get that.

To be honest, I rushed the first one day one, then the rest, I just did a few runs here and there, everyday. Most of the time I would just go on MSQ roulette and do something else while the cutscenes were going lmao

Assuming earrings work on them (I don't see why not, but who knows at this point), they would look brilliant clinging on all the way up there.

If it changes your mind at all the earring on Viera is similarly on the ear close to the head, NOT up on the outer edges.

Why even do this stuff? Don't torture yourself with this dumb event. Just get a party together and go to diadem. You want that pegasus mount, right? Seriously you can earn it in 2-3 hours easy.

Exactly, more than half the items can casually be obtain via other means.
