I've seen a number of posts asking for the function of queuing to be changed (be it role-selection, number of duties etc), but little regarding the UI.

Currently each kind of duty, dungeons, trials, raids and so on have 2 tabs associated with it: Number 2 denotes content for the current expansion, and Number 1 for previous instalments.

This made sense for when there were just two when Heavensward came out. With Stormblood's arrival, shoving both ARR and HW in the same tab seemed ungainly but I could still understand this not being a high priority.

With Shadowbringers arriving soon, it's going to be very crowded with the base game and 2 expansions. Assuming we have a 6.0 to look forward to in a couple years time, it'll be untenable. Potentially:

  • Have a dropdown list akin to the reputation tab in the character window for selecting by expansion.
  • Checkboxes at the top
  • Collapsible lists. This would be very nice for raids (especially if you could do it for the many episodes of 8-player raids)
  • Maybe even a search box!

Additionally, I would love an indicator in the list for whether or not it's completed would be helpful for those of us who have unlocked a lot of things and have yet to actually do them (I'm sorry Hullbreaker, I'll get round to you one day).

I don't know how the backend of this game works, and you all have a bunch of other stuff to be doing so I would never presume to say "this is easy why aren't you doing it" but this feels like something that needs to be addressed eventually.

Thank you for reading!
