    Where does this piece drop? Also do I need Dzemael Darkhold completed in order to enter cutter's cry

    You need to finish DH quest to enter Aurum Vale and the chest pieces (Bard AF Top for example) comes from the 5th quest.

    BRD goes to Cutter's Cry for the 4 AF piece quest which doesn't have any prerequisites outside of being 45+.
