once you reach level cap, xp goes toward rested

pretty self explanatory SUGGESTION, once you reach 80, doing things that get you xp like roulettes instead adds a % to your rested xp bar.

this allows for a player at cap to run things that their party/fc/static needs, but still give some kind of 'xp' benefit to when theyre playing other classes that doesnt preclude actually PLAYING those classes, it could also benefit very low level classes as those can burn through rested xp in 10 minutes and then you smack yourself cause your lvl 40 wouldve gotten much further on that rested xp and right now youre completely boned until the rested fills back up over a couple days

so like you could burn your rested, run your daily expert/8man/24man on your 80, and you have like 25% rested bar applied, and if you log off you accrue rested as usual
