WAR have the storm eye buff that is 10% damage up and inner chaos have guarantied critical/direct hit

Inner Chaos is probably actually around 1500 potency when accounting for the fact that it's a guaranteed direct crit. And Confiteor is 800 not 1200.

Oh yeah I forgot that in ShB it's going to be 50% instead of 20%. Still lower than Inner Chaos direct crit + Storm's Eye tho.

Unless confiteor crit DH, but no guarantee it will like inner chaos, so small chance it will outdo an inner chaos once a minute, unless you can get a saber dance buff from a DNC to increase your odds.
