Fixing headphone plugging issues.

I've never had an issue unplugging and plugging headphones while the game is running, but I've been plugging directly into the speaker socket of the computer or laptop, rather than indirectly into a speaker.

Is that green jack socket that you plugged in? Since the problem only occurred on the usb type, not the socket.
