you are right, though 7 second less cool down on jump isn't that great....

7 secs Less= More Jumping in less time!

Actually, it didn't take you "hours" to get the AF gear since most of you have been leveling and gearing up and preparing in FFXIV for months or even years.

For a newer player like me, whose highest job is still at 30, it's going to take a lot longer to get the AF sets

Anyone have any tips for blm af fight?

1 tank, 1 healer (two if you wanna be extra safe), 6-5 THMs.


Spam Fire combos like crazy. The fireflies MUST be dead in literally seconds everytime they spawn or you're gonna wipe because of their Ancient Magic spamfest. Also, people can do the battle not in BLM and still get credit for it.

So, the only trick is spam AoE spells asap, Barbatos itself is not a problem.

It will not take you a few hours if you just started the game, and have no level 50s. Trust me, it'll take a long time.
