So close to SB ending, I'm still missing something

So, I just subbed back to look at the latest SB features and prepare for ShB... As per usual, XIV got so many features out there that I'm sure I'm missing something, besides regular pve activities of dungeons and raids.

I'm trying to put up a list of things to do or unlock and would love if someone can help me fill it:
- Pve group finder content
- Pvp
- Gold Saucer activities
- Beast Tribes quests
- Leveling DoL/H + Namazu quests
- Squadrons
- Eureka
- Blue Mage
- ?????

you just missed FFXV event and a chance to get a 4 person mount =(

Not really "just subbed back" was just a manner of speaking, I actually came during the last day of the event, unaware of it. Luckily I've had already 199k mgp, so I could purchase the car, and presented myself looking like a random mess to the fashion report for easy 10k to get the haircut.

Looking now for other features to go for it before ShB (again, other things than the group pve content)

Maybe make sure your main job is geared up as best as it could be in preparation? Could be something to work towards providing you haven't already done it.
