Combine skills?

I play on ps4 and just reached lvl 70 as SUM. My question is how can i combine skills with each other? I mean when i summon bahamut how can i use his skill on the same Button? It is even possible?

Probably possible with macro.

Possible, but not recommended. Do you play using one cross hot bar or two plus?

With macros you could combine things, or replace, but it has a lot of potential issues depending on what you do. So just be mindful of that (can lose DPS to macro delays (wait timer doesn't account for decimals wait times), you'll lose the ability to queue skills (QoL/DPS loss), and potential mixups due to latency/circumstance).

Please note you can't make a macro replace a slot with another macro though (so you couldn't have one macro become another macro, but you could have one macro change the slot of something to a different ability).

Edit: Just removed PC macro info since I realized that it's not very helpful for people using the crosshotbar (which I've never used, so didn't think it would look like a different macro)

So beyond the potential issue of using macros you can probably find a solution in one of the above (either replacement macros or stacked macros that call multiple abilities in a row).
