Yeah, I had already checked the saved data. Everything indicates 3840x2160, max settings, windowed. Just ran it on hers. Avg FPS was 154, near enough to make little difference with the Nvidia FPS overlay.

Yeah, 154 fps at max settings at 4k isn't right at all. The system isn't properly setting the resolution.
