It would nicely make the healing and the attacking interact.
And yes, it's basically the same suggestion for all three since that seems to be the theme of the day.

Perfection is an unattainable ideal. 'Tis the paradox of the immaculate carrot. - Cookingway

Better way to do it would be with class variation. For WHM, give them an overhealing trait that converts HP over max to Lilies. Add in an ability which can consume a Lily to give a percent damage increase to a party member. Boom, class complexity. You’ve got a healing firehouse that can overheal to produce damage.
SCH? Reflavor all of those now-absent DoTs as forms of research on the enemy and have them add points to the Faerie Bar. Shift some or all of the oGCDs that use Aetherflow charges to using the Faerie bar as a resource. Make the angel require a full faerie bar to summon and change it’s abilities so that instead of giving heals + shields, it gives heals + damage. Now you have a class emphasizong offensive healing with an interesting risk/reward choice to make when summoning angel.
AST. Revert changes entirely. Reasses its place in the meta relative to the other two after the dust settles. It already had a very distinct playstyle that many people enjoyed.
