It would be nice is Afflatus Misery had at least equivalent potency to GCDs spent, if not more. As is - as before - lillies are best avoided unless you have to GCD heal or have to have a lot of mobility. And that's kind of OK.

However, if Afflatus Misery was a DPS gain instead of a DPS loss, it would encourage the use of heals to also achieve optimal DPS. I think this design would be much more elegant than "avoid unless you can't help it/run out of oGCDs".
