    Error code: 601

    Hello,
    My sub ran out today and when I went to renew it I got the following error:

    "An error has occurred.
    Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
    For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
    (Error code: 601)"

    I went to the bank to see if it was a problem there, and it seemed like it was and was fixed. But when I got home and tried again, got the same error. Went to the bank again, and they assured me everything was fixed on their end and thought maybe it was on SE side.
    I just want to play some ff14

    401 and 601 errors are billing errors. Unfortunately, this means they cannot be addressed on the technical support forums. You will need to contact the European Support Center.
