Bought the wrong ffxiv edition.

Hello.
For the longest time I tried to buy shadowbringers and it wouldn't let me cause it wouldn't accept my zip code for some reason.
And in one of the square enix pages, it advertised Shadowbringers and somehow I ended up buying the complete edition instead when I wanted to buy the Shadowbringers COLLECTOR'S EDITION.
And after I bought it, thinking that I bought Shadowbringers collector's edition, I unlocked the activation key.
I want a refund and I want to buy Shadowbringers collector's edition with that money. I didn't use the activation key. I just unlocked it. That's it.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is not something we can assist with here in the tech forums. The online store is run by a separate company called Scalefast. You will to contact their support team in order to get a refund
