Eternal Bond Ceremony Upgrade

Hello, a friend had gifted me the platinum bangle for the eternal bond ceremony but we had started the quest without him equipping one as well, as he did not purchase one. We have not finished the quest line as we wanted to know if we could have the quest removed and the platinum bangle restored so that he can purchase his platinum. We were under the impression that the person with the platinum bangle would get all of the outfits, while the rest of the ceremony would be standard. Could we please receive some assistance with this, as a GM or someone should have access to removing items and restoring items in a users inventory?

We do not want a refund and are looking to purchase the second platinum bangle, as it would be really stressful to be permitted a feature in game that lets you spend money without receiving any benefits if it is one sided. Is there a way to upgrade the ceremony after it has started? Any assistance that would get us to do a platinum ceremony would be appreciated.

I tried to post in the Separate Support area, but that said I do not have permission to do so, so I am assuming once I post it here, a moderator will move it as they see fit.
