PvP Team not showing up in PvP Team search

My PvP Team information and roster is not visible or accessible on the Lodestone. I want to be sure my PvP Team is eligible for certain tier rewards. Here are the details:

PvP Team Name: bUrself
Datacenter: Primal

We have already climbed a few tiers and gained points during the PvP Team Season start yesterday:


Our team does not show on the PvP Team Search:


Our team does not also show on PvP Team member's profiles:


Possible reasons:
1. My team participated in the North American FRC
2. After the FRC, our team swapped PvP Team Leaders
