Oh man, how did I never hear about this continent growing up in school. Oh wait, because it's not a continent lol.

It is, several different geologist groups have come together to decide that Zealandia is actually a continent of some kind. It was decided fairly recently by those groups, and not taught in schools, so that's probably why you haven't heard of it. Geologist are currently trying to make Zealandia recognised globally as the 8th continent.

Kinda like how oldies would call pluto a planet, but others would call it a planetoid.

A lot of people focusing on the fact the OP mentioned region lag when this is an issue with any kind of lag in general. This is a direction they shouldn’t have taken the game in the first place. In ARR only monk had anything remotely close to ping related issues because of greased lightning. Then in HW they started adding gauges and tight burst windows to basically everyone. Now it’s just accepted that the game should only be playable by people with perfect connections?

This has nothing to do with skill, there’s no skill involved in spamming a button and praying the server wakes up and realises you’re doing something before taking your buff down. OP is simply asking that they design these moves in a way that allows everyone to reach the same result BASED on their skill, rather than the whimsy of the server.

Even if they just changed requiscat to have a 13s duration it would go a long way to fixing this, giving you enough time that you have more wiggle room than THE BLINK OF AN EYE to work with but not enough to get any extra attacks into it.
