    Honestly it doesnt seem right since blunt debuff affected ALL of MNK attacks so it doenst matter if BS got a 100 extra potency every other GCD got nerfed, but since Gl4 and FoF (now 10%) exist maybe is actually the same(?). However since you cant stack GL4 and FoF it actually might be a nerf
