Thread: Scholar or White Mage?

I'm getting back into the game, found myself a World that I like, and I want to heal. Right now I'm a Scholar, but I'm wondering which would be easier to get used to, or have an easier time with (I'm not as quick as I used to be sadly lol)

Also what about Astrologist?

Regardless of the current turmoil of balance - White Mage has always been considered the easiest and most straightforward.

Scholar requires indepth technical knowledge and some management to get the most out of it.

AST is basically WHM but with more multitasking as you manage cards/buffs.

It can be a pretty good feeling to have a lot of buffs to hand out to people, too.

But, definitely go with white mage first to get your healer legs back.

Very true. I already have the three healing jobs.

In your opinion, how enjoyable is astrologian now? I've heard a lot of grumbling about the changes to the cards; but, that was all based on the reveal.
