    I assume they lowballed it to start with(or it's a bug, since the StB media tour had Flamethrower's potency listed as 6), but it still seems pretty useless. I'm not sure why they didn't do something like make Seigan a kenki spender on a cooldown and make it give Meditate stacks, considering Third Eye and its skills still just kind of exist.

    Hopefully they raise it.

    I just hate that since I don't raid, my SAM's lv 80 skill will be 99% useless to me.

    Maybe they will change it after release once they get feedback on it.
