Meditation cooldown is still 60 seconds.

I can't see the point of Merciful Eyes now the emnity reduction is gone. It's barely a 3k heal at endgame.
What does the "effect cannot be stacked with Higanbana" mean on Kaeshi: Higanbana?
You can't have both the Higanbana DoT and the Kaeshi: Higanbana DoT going at the same time. The latter overwrites the former.
But it's the same potency as Kaiten-Higanbana and Tsubame only repeats the previously executed Iaijutsu. Why would you ever overwrite your DoT with the same potency DoT?
I'm probably missing something obvious since it's late but what's the advantage over double Midare or Goken?
You can DoT up two different targets. Not useful in a single-target boss, but if it has adds or the boss consists of multiple targets then you can DoT up two of them if you wanted to.But it's the same potency as Kaiten-Higanbana and Tsubame only repeats the previously executed Iaijutsu. Its probably useful in situations where there are two big adds in raids where the whole minute will tick for both adds, outside of that not much really
sam is my third fav after monk and ninja. it was great, not as great as monk but am ok with the changes. just wish they added some new animation colors or something when they buffed them
Senei would have been a better choice for lvl 80 skill
But i guess it doesn't really matter when you get it
Shoha is just very odd skill maybe if it kept shinpu and jifu effects for down time during boss so you could just Midare right away when boss get back without worry of no buffs
Its also has basically no CD so I guess we are expected to use it alot?
It would effectively have whatever CD Meditate has because it's completely worthless without it and with current potencies there will usually be something better unless it's 5 stacks.Senei would have been a better choice for lvl 80 skill

It's basically SAM's Plenary Indulgence, it's raid only and at launch it will likely be used for one mechanic in one fight till it gets tweaked....possibly for the worse.
For those who don't know; Plenary Indulgence is a 150/300/450 potency heal that goes off on anyone with 1-3 Confession stacks. Confession is applied via AoE heals, Medica, Medica II, and/or Cure III. Confession effect lasts 30 seconds. This means the situation where you'd use this at max is where you'd somehow need to top everyone off but three Medicas didn't do it. So basically a mechanic like where Alte Roite drops everyone to 1 HP while your co-healer is AFK or DPSing or something.
My point is, it won't be used outside of Raids. Being that I don't raid, my PIs are usually 1 stackers because it's an instant heal that lets me...throw more rocks.

I only hate the fact they that they removed Hagakure. THE main flavor of the job was to balance your hagakure usage with meikyo and bana, rewarding the player for keeping those 3 aligned.
Now with Haga gone, it all crumbles back to a lvl 60 rotation. Yes, same old level 60 rotation.
Get 3 sens, Midare, repeat. No engaging decision-making, no rewarding sen usage. No fun.
