Changes I would like to see:
1. Celestial intersection: Increase potency from 150 and 80 to 250 and 150. Will make it a great tank Hot sparing the use of aspected benefic on tanks.
2. Horoscope: Remove the 10 second timer!! Leave the 20 second timer in place for when Heilos is applied. Having two timers just makes this ability a pain to time when to use it..
3. Neutral sect: Reduce the healing bonus to 10% increase the cool down timer to 30 seconds and give the 20% healing boost back to Dir sect and noct sect.
Got nothing to say about the cards at this time just fix healing. Neutral sect change is kind of big one for me, in a 80 dungeon during large pull or hard hitting mob. Hitting the tank with Benefic II and seeing their HP go down rather then up or not move all is frustrating. Its even more frustrating that when I got Neutral sect up and Benefic and Benefic II actually feel the way they should on a large pull or hard hitting mob.
