ninja mudra can be done in like 1 second, is always the same path to get a skill, and can be macroed. It also is a flavor/playstyle enhancement, whereas playing a taroy card game about fate, where all the cards do the same thing kinda goes against the flavor/playstyle of astro. Imagine going to a tarot card reader where all the cards mean the same thing, and their goal was to get three cards, so they could tell you the same one outcome for every person.
