Overall, I like the new spells that AST gets.

BUT, the new card system is terrible. They removed everything that was fun about this class. They basically turned this into a coin flip with limited utility. Sometimes you need to AOE spread Bole to avoid damage or give someone, yourself, or your co-healer more mana. Sure for the most part many people used AOE spread Balance/Spear but removing the other options because they weren't used "the most" is very foolish.

I feel like with the addition of DNC they were forced to change AST so the 2 didn't overlap, on top of the idea that SE thought that the healers needed to be "more balanced". However, they believe that to make things more balanced you make them all the same and have them lose their uniqueness.

My first suggestion is 1) Keep the cards how they are or 2) Use the new system but add additional effects to each card like increased movement speed, increased defense, basically, things that everyone can benefit from.

While I feel for you Ast mains I can't help but to be happy that I as a monk will no longer be made to question if an ast has a brain cause arrow is GONE. Thank GOD. Nothing is more soul defeating then seeing that icon on you when you're out of TP or when you're the top DPS and you see drooling on the floor DPS jon dumb with an super buffed balanced. Yes I'm jaded :c

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels the same way about the Astro changes. Before I kinda knew they needed some changes because of The Spire being usless now, but everything just being a diffrent version of balance.....I dont like this.

I actully like assessing the situation to see what was needed. Sometime the other healer would need MP and I would do my best to get a ewer for them, or a tank bust is coming so throw a hole on them. Even a crit/arrow on Bard is a good combo.

Now everything is balance. Kinda takes the fun out of the cards....might as well get rid of them and give us a move that buffs a targets damage by 6% and cooldown is 20 seconds. There fixed

lol thats cause they killed it xD Which honestly I guess that makes sense since noone I meet in dungeons uses GOAD. T.T

everything was cool until the card changes. Extremely boring, to the point that i'm unsure if they understand why AST is loved in the first place. Divination honestly feels like enough to lighten the pain of fishing for balance, and balance could have been changed to be less important. I'm flabbergasted at double down on ast being the dps buff machine, AND removing spread and royal road.

Two reasons... Tanks have better hate/arggo/defensives and two... Dancer stole your buffer spot.

Yeah. I am already hating dancer. Yet it defently will be a most for progression.

AST is literally worthless right now. The cards got shafted, Gravity is somehow ever worse than the new Holy, and what the heck is with Celestial Opposition? A crappier Aspected Helios on a 2 minute timer? Who needed that?
