Give the 2second charge of Essential Dignity earlier please SE!AST handling wall to wall especially with a tank that doesn't have the level relevant gear in 70-78 is an incredibly painful experience. The healing throughput is simply not there and most tanks will probably die if you tell them to pull everything or don't tell them to do the opposite. Yet as SCH it's absolutely fine yet you'd think that'd be the one to struggle the most.

Only if Stone Vigil is actually really considered not that bad. The dungeons are still like mostly Benefic II spam, but It's definitely better than just being barely able to keep the tank from melting by a hair like before

Just thought it would be good for anyone interested in the state of AST to be aware of this petition on the general discussion forum:
It'd be nice to get a good idea of the proportion of people who prefer the new and old systems through the upvotes on the first two posts.I really really really don't like what they've done to ASTs cards.
They've removed one of the most unique systems of the class "Royal road" something that allowed you to combine cards to get different buffs. For "all cards gives you a small damage increase"
you might as well of just remove the card system in general and replace it with a single buff at this point.
Perhaps instead of nerfing classes to the point of making them all the same. Maybe add a difficulty star system instead (1=easy 3=difficult) so new players know what they're getting into. Otherwise you just ruin it for people who enjoy the classes mechanics.
While I was never an AST main I did enjoy its previous card systems. And if this kinda nerfing continues alot more classes will no doubt start to loose certain aspects that made them unique to begin with...

All the more reason for us to pile on and endorse the old system. I'd prefer a poll of only people who have AST as one of their top 3 most played jobs, or something, distributed by SE, but until then I'd rather the most public opinion not be more swayed by non-healers than it has to be.

				Yeah it's... confusing on how a lot of them seem to praise the constant re-targeting of party members, tanks, enemies etc as well as mingling with sleeve draw. Sleeve draw, I remember this skill. Remember when it was a one-hit button? A nice and sleek skill that gives you a filled out list of cards to make decisions with (unless RNG is mocking you).
It's a lot of busywork for little to no payoff. Oh boy a 2% increase in damage and we constantly fish for seals by spamming redraw because it won't give that last seal. How... entertaining. /s. Well that and the no seals unless everyone is in combat thing is kind of annoying too. Card durations are very short, time dilation and CO's extensions are gone. The most baffling decision for me though is the removal of the stun, which I might add was only once every TWO MINUTES. Doesn't feel very good to be unable to prevent as many as 9+ enemies from wailing on your tank. Those 4 seconds would help a lot.
That problem is also for the.....influencers. I know Mr. Happy keeps praising new Astro cause there are no bad cards, but he is a MNK main and loves dps.
I was actually mad that they said the healer changes were good coming out the media tour once the tooltips were released, it was very clear they had no idea what good was unless it was their job. :/
Rant aside the more we can show them with hard numbers that the changes are not as liked as they think it is and all healers need to be looked at from a new perspective the better our odds on having changes come about, even if it is years off.
