Will Chobobo Bardings mean something?

The heaviest armor could be the hardest to stun a chocobo but has no boosts, mid level armor could mean a mix of the two, more xp than light armor and 2 speed burst an hr, light armor little hp gain, 4 speed bursts an hour, i can see everyone wanting lighter armor. but maybe a less exploitable idea, but make the bardings mean something more than visual(which is badass)

Personally, I want one that has chocobo shaped shoes that make a "Kweh!" with every step!

Chocobo Barding is supposed to get stats in 2.0, because at that point we're going to be able to use our Chocobos in combat. So, just like our equipment has stat boosts, so will theirs. From what I understand we will be able to level our Chocobos up as well.

I just hope the stat differences between bardings are distinct enough that players will be interested in buying, and using, all 3 depending on the circumstances

The 3 are just prototypes. Call it level 1 equip for our birds. I'm sure there are more Chocobo equip coming with required chocobo level in the future
