    Hello and thank you!

-Platform (PC) I have the game for PS4 too (will try logging into it and see if it does the same thing).
-Error codes: 9002 2002 nothing else.
    -Connection: Wired
-Other programs running: Sometimes Firefox or Chrome.
-Steps taken to resolve issue: I have followed advice given to other people who experienced this issue in the past on this forum. Mainly with internet explorer. I have reset router and called ISP as well. I did not have this issue in the past its new as I moved to this current world. Game never crashes, just the "scheduled" d/c . Most noted theirs have been random mine is on the exact minute each hour that passed from times listed above. I also attempted playing other games, streaming stuff, and checking connection with ISP. note: I noticed that during patch update the issue was taking place at that time for me and even the patch update (stopped) while updating on the client. I had to exit and restart.. thankfully of course it kept all progress before that.

I use windows 7, computer did an auto update on its own start of month (somewhere around that time frame). I think the update was for security purposes too. no update other than this to drivers or anything else. I dont use steam I log in directly from client.

Thank you for the update NumenarMithrandir.

If it happens consistently every hour, there must be something that aligns with that, causing the disconnect (generally, disconnects tend to be much more random). My first thought would be the anti-virus on your PC. Double-check that it has the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV.

Additionally, try a clean boot. For Windows 7, click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press Enter to start the System Configuration utility. On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
