    Game crashes after opening equipment menu

    As title said, my game keeps going unresponsive and crashing every time i open the equipment menu or recommend gear menu.

    Is this the only time this crash happened? Do you experience other crashes at any other point?

    If this is the only point of the crash, try deleting the Final Fantasy XIV files in the 'My Documents' folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV), then restarting the game. Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

    If this does not resolve the issue, try a reinstallation of the game.
