I think all the Scions have inns where they can have -a- room reserved for them, but I think Tataru is the only one who could have a specific room permanently reserved under her name. Given how Tataru has been described when gathering information, I'm pretty sure any inn rooms she has reserved are the ones that make you glad that no one in Eorzea has yet to invent the blacklight. In her defense though, her "measures" do indeed yield results.

When we get to Old Sharlayan, I'd wager that the central hub would be the Leveilleur estate because of how much money the twins are sitting on.

I'm pretty sure Tataru's "methods" just involve a lot of acting cute and getting people to talk to her at the tavern.

Do the Scions live in The Rising Stones or do they have their own homes in other places? I don’t know what made me think of this.

Well if you pay attention to the bi weekly housing threads... they have no choice but to live in the rising stones because they're so busy saving the world they dont have time to click a placcard.
