Do the Scions live in The Rising Stones or do they have their own homes in other places? I don’t know what made me think of this.

I think they all might have homes in Sharlayan? Not entirely sure, but otherwise I'm pretty sure the Rising Stones/Waking Sands are their home in Eorzea.
I never thought about this. I wonder what each of their homes would be like?
Thancred before: *stuff full with things to attract ladies and glamour stuff*I wonder what each of their homes would be like?
Thancred now: *traps, shuriken, spy gadgets, knifes, hidden door, hidden stash, minfillia picture*
I don't really thing it's so much of a home for them as a base, maybe for a few it's more akin to a home, but I get the feeling most of them don't have a lot of personal possessions on hand there.
It's safe to say Alphinaud, Alisae, and Urianger have a property in Sharlayan, and Alphinaud either has another of his own or manages the main Levelliuer estate since he mentioned leaving that to other more appropriate people.
Other than that, the rest seem to live a mostly nomadic lifestyle out of the bases. Wouldn't be surprised if F'lhammin has a residence in Ul'dah, but she would be one of the ones that might be living out of the Rising Stones, same with Urianger and the Waking Sands. Minfilia might also be a dedicated resident of the Rising Stones/Waking Sands as well.
Take Yda, Papalymo, Thancred, and Y'shtola, it wouldn't surprise me if none of them had their own personal residence and simply live on bases and inns with various bank accounts and scion run storehouses.
Note: To more experienced players, I worded a lot of this to avoid spoilers as much as possible, so it may feel off/irrelevant in places.

Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
That's how I see it too. A few people might live there (office staff like F'lhammin and Tataru) but most probably treat it more like an office or a clubhouse than a home. Thancred probably has a house or apartment somewhere where he stays when between missions and just comes to the Waking Sands/Rising Stones to report in and have a drink.
Well there are some doors you cannot open in both The Waking Sands and The Rising Stones. My impression is that both are quite like fc houses - they're a base of operations but also have private rooms for members.
So I suppose like players some would have their own residence, others would just live with the scions.
To add to that do any one of your guys treat dungeons and your FC house like an ingame job? Like your character is going to work when you log in and start dungeons and whatnot? I kindof do, My character right now is working freelance to get money for her apt. Then I can do working hours ingame and when that's done for the day have her retreat home and chill out. Yes I'm lame but it's light RP and it's fun.
There are definitely more rooms in the Scion HQ than we have access to. From recent patches we know that the door near Tataru's desk leads to the infirmary, and I expect there are other rooms available - maybe more of a communal bunk room than individual apartments. (I can't remember if there are other visible doors at the Rising Stones, but it's always possible that there are corridors that we don't see.)
Or some of the Scions might be living elsewhere in Revenant's Toll.
Beyond that, the main Scions stationed in the city-states might all have permanent rooms at the local inns - a good place to pick up information and keep track of what's going on. Momodi, at least, is a "good friend and ally" of the Scions, and I'd expect the other innkeepers might be the same.
