    if you in FC you leave the house and the FC to the lvl 1 alt I can stream for you also will stream the available plots in Louisoix and Omega later you will see ^^

    So it is the plot 4 of Ward 16th in Mist is a Medium house and is owned by a lvl 1 character named Shadow Daimones, you can search in Lodestone character search option and see:

    lvl 1 Arcanist with a medium
