In Ragnarok one guild has 32 of different sizes and a lvl 1 alt just bought one medium house near our FC after carefull investigating that same player owns 1 L and 3 more M in the same server with different alts...

Wait, I thought you couldn't buy a house until you got to level 50 and were a certain grade in your Grand Company ? Unless it's different for a FC house than a private one ?

So it is the plot 4 of Ward 16th in Mist is a Medium house and is owned by a lvl 1 character named Shadow Daimones, you can search in Lodestone character search option and see:

Hey! I think you're the same person that updates Chaos houses on the FFXIV housing census thread. Thanks a lot for the last update you did! I server transferred my toon on Aether, went to Chaos & snagged a medium house. I'm super happy about it, you made my day the other day with that update on mediums available.

Hold up, someone has 25 plots? Why? Why do you need 25 plots? What the heck are you doing with 25 plots? This isn't an attack, I'm just flabbergasted on why someone needs/wants 25 plots.

The people who hoard houses at this degree cannot be argued with. They live by a warped logic in which they deserve their houses because they're somehow better than the rest of us.

We need instanced housing so that the purchasing habits of another player cannot possibly impact someone else. As things are now there are individuals who are depriving 100+ players of housing. That's utterly ridiculous.

OP, if you're in Zalera, that means you're in the Crystal datacenter which has hundreds of available houses just on Goblin. Honestly, I remember when Zalera had housing plots and it was a preferred server, it's very likely houses will get demolished there as people move or become inactive. If you don't want to wait on placards you can try server transferring, and if you really don't want to do that then you just have to wait. Who knows what they will announce regarding housing this expansion? Maybe there will be more info within the next month. If you do move servers you can still party up and quest in Zalera you know, just use world visit system. I was on Goblin on one of my toons and the houses right at the beach by the Mist were all devalued and there were empty plots in every ward. There was even a medium in Shirogane that popped up while I was there. I never saw any of my neighbors though before I moved that alt toon to Primal datacenter. Aether and Primal both have very few plots that pop up and tons of people camping placards. At least Crystal has some servers with housing available. You're already in that datacenter, so you at least have options, just let your friends know so they can add you again.

Phoenix can be quite a hassle to get a house on i must say.
At the other hand, i dont mind a little bit of "exclusivity" as long as its not abused (some servers do have people/FC's abusing the housing)
As player who arrived on Phoenix through transfer i had to get myself a new plot.
Did take me 3 nights with not to much sleep but did get a small plot so got that settled at least
Do have to agree in the night i saw my fair share of bots and macro's running around to try some quick housing grabs

Houses were available for weeks when they added more of them last time in phoenix, including medium houses.

Sorry, but I cant back you up on this lol. As all I heard was "I'm rich so why shouldn't I". Reeks of greed and selfishness akin to what happens in the real world today.

Personally, I think you should be limited to 1 plot per account. There's literally no need to have more than one house and buy up almost a whole ward other than to simply deprive many others from the opportunity at a house.

Why should you have 22 houses when there's people with no house? This is why capitalism is bulHaha imo haha. Well, unchecked capitalism that is.
