buying a house isn't worth it anyways, you can't go on vacations if you do someone else gets leader then you risk that person is a bad apple who steals the whole bank kicks everyone then waits till house goes under to collect a big gil some.

Maybe they can increase the size of the aps as someone suggested previously on the housing sub forum and other forums:

they did for FFXI they gave them a second floor and should add a voyage build shop and guest could come in apt to do the voyages that don't own a house it would be nice.

In Ragnarok one guild has 32 of different sizes and a lvl 1 alt just bought one medium house near our FC after carefull investigating that same player owns 1 L and 3 more M in the same server with different alts...

Heck, I'd be happy if they just added a second floor or made it so you could buy an expansion for the one floor they give you! Even if I don't have a garden or yard to decorate, that would really satisfy me. Anything else would just be like the cherry on the sundae, so to speak.

The people who hoard houses at this degree cannot be argued with. They live by a warped logic in which they deserve their houses because they're somehow better than the rest of us.

We need instanced housing so that the purchasing habits of another player cannot possibly impact someone else. As things are now there are individuals who are depriving 100+ players of housing. That's utterly ridiculous.

Wait, I thought you couldn't buy a house until you got to level 50 and were a certain grade in your Grand Company ? Unless it's different for a FC house than a private one ?
