Questions regarding the Tales of Adventure

So for some context, I am wanting to buy the Tales of Adventure for the main scenario quests and the level boost so I could finish the main scenario quest for an alt and get the FFXV event gear before it leaves the problem is though I don't have Heavensward or Stormblood and won't get them until Shadowbringers is out so I'm unsure of how the level boost is going to work since I'm capped at lvl50 so basically what I'm asking is

• Will I lose 10 levels being capped at level 50 or will I gain the 10 levels that I didn't get when Shadowbringers come out (Pre-ordered Shadowbringers to clarify), or will It just not work and will the gear that believe it gives you will be only equipable at level 60?

• Do you think the FFXV event has a chance return or at least some of the items added to the Mog Station?

The description seems pretty clear that you get Level 60 gear, not Level 50 gear. As for level, my guess would be that the levels beyond 50 would be "lost" if you don't have any expansions registered, but I can't find anything official either way on this point. Historically, such events have both had encore performances and had their items added to Mog Station. So there's definitely a chance. That said, I haven't seen anything official about this specific quest or its items having any additional availability.
