trying to get scripts for gyr arbania

they dont do exchanges with me, I was wondering how to get accepted, they say I have to "stand in good stead with the house". I need to get a fishing book from them.

I think I called it something wrong its called rhalgrs reach, if I could exchange scripts with them thatd be nice

You have to do a quest in Idyllshire to be introduced to the branch in Rhalgr's Reach.

If you haven't unlocked the Scrip exchange in Idyllshire, you'll have to get a quest to go there from Mor Dhona. Then do another few quests in Idyllshire and then they'll refer you to Rhalgr's Reach.

After which you'll be able to interact with the people in Rhalgr's Reach.

If your level is high enough there should be a blue quest in The Reach that will unlock the house of splendor for you. Change to your fish or highest gathering class and look for the quest with a blue marker.. Those Always unlock new stuff for you

Nope. Not even Stormblood the MSQ quest.

If youve never unlocked collectables at all, you may need to go all the way back to the starter quest in Ishgard(think it was in foundation - inscrutable tastes). Then that should allow you to continue the chain until the person in Rhalgrs is able to work with you.
