Is this a Bug????

I do alchemist Craft i got lvl 30 ..and i always do leves lvl 20-30. when i do leves lvl 20 i get 100exp-150 .. then i do lvl 30 one and i turn on ability and did carefull craft ...and WTH success crafting but NO exp ...where my experience ? do i only get exp. when i finish leves to NPC ?

Exports of import that was lvl 30 leves didnt give me any exp for each craft ...but fertile lies is lvl 30 too and give me exp ... should be a bug

Only the Export of import leves .. alchemist leves .. never give exp for each crafts
