I have that mouse myself and as someone who has carpal tunnel issues in their hands/wrists it is indeed the best mouse ever.
Those that tell people that have trouble with some classes to 'git gud' irk me because I would love to play some of these classes (and at times even try to play them regardless (just not in the higher-end content) ) but I'm not as good with them because I can't remember all of things that the skills do, or the interactions.

I have this too and it sometimes effects my play. On bad days I try to stay out of dungeons. Some get really rude and harsh about any lag or delay. Once I wasn't sprinting just running, and was told I sucked. Yes only for that, we had just started the dungeon. lol I do not get the full on rage, some must be so miserable offline.

Yeah sadly there's some people who think anyone who isn't a speed runner is "bad" =/
