And there are times I wonder if the SE dev staff has any disabled QA staff testing things, as there is some content I'll never see.

Disabled QA staff or not, there's so many different ways things can go wrong with a person even under the same diagnosis that it'd be utterly impossible to compensate for everything. Nevermind the fact that there's content plenty of people will never see even without disabilities.
