Healer trying out tank. What level does tanking start being fun?

After having done nothing but White Mage for my entire time in FF14 more or less I decided to pick up warrior as a joke/surprise for my FC. Not really wanted to because I thought it was stressful.

After doing some dungeons I realized it was not stressful but just incredibly dull and tedious. Is this just the result of the early dungeons or is tanking just not for me?

There's a lot of holes moving up to 50, that star to fill in by 60 but they don't fully fill in until 70.

The tank stance arrives at level 30. By cons, if you talk about the gameplay side for the diversity of skills, count well level 60. Wait your 60, for to know if u like or not.
LvL 50, u have only one combo in Pld for example.

well paladin is the closest to healer cause of his pure holy and white magic and power of light etc so try that you might enjoy tanking more then also tanks will change in shadowbringers you might enjoy it when it's changed till then gotta wait.

Yes, early dungeons suck. Try PotD, it'll be busier.

If you still dont find it busy enough, push yourself till you get global'd. Tanks have that privilege.

unless you're doing ex primals and raids tanking imo for just dungeons is kinda eh.

The OP says she's playing only healer, so we can assume that her tank is low level without tank stance.
And without tank stance, it's boring.

lol doubt it's anything to do with tank stance, low level dungeons are just boring in general on tanks, for WAR specifically really it doesn't feel right until you're at maybe 60+ but along the way it does get better, just gotta get through the grind that is levelling. It does get more fun when you have more of your toolkit like any job.

Tanking isn't fun until you have your gap closer and decent AoE rotation that's sustainable.
The former happens at 54 for DRK and 62 for WAR, and not at all for PLD...

Tanking isnt fun until lvl50 really as the lower level dungeons are really boring due to the lack of abilities. Sadly that is the fate since they changed alot. I assume the same when ShB comes out. Its not stressful at all. I find healing to be the most stressful job.
