Consistent 11023 error Unable to access server for version

From 3:30 PM PST to now I am getting a constant 11023 error Unable to access server for version. Check (4:20455,10009,19900,12152)

I'm posting so I clearly have internet access and I can download the patch on another computer, but I can't now from this one. Rebooting did not help either.

    Any ideas?

    I'm gonna try restarting, too

*EDIT: No dice And wouldn't you know it? My boyfriend's computer started the DL JUUUUUUUUST fine. And he'll be home by the time it finishes so I can't even highjack his rig!

Yeah, still no go. Tried swapping the downloads folder to see if it would help. My wife's PC downloaded it just fine, still wouldn't work.

There has been no changes to my system to affect it. Disabling AV & Firewall did nothing. Rebooting, twice nothing. Run as Admin, nothing. Looking through posts on the forums with others having this issue shows no resolutions from SE on it being fixed.

Not feeling optimistic right now >.<

Ok, found a way to get it to work.

Currently using ESET AV (but will most likely work for any AV you are using with the following option), I went in and disabled the option to Enable HTTP Checking. Once I turned it off, the patch was able to download. This is the first time this has ever created a issue, so not sure what has changed.

See if this can possibly work for you Frisque.
